Rowsley wasn't in the Top 30 Volume when the market opened earlier. Many penny stocks were running except this stock and hence suddenly as of now, it's in the Top Volume with price running, it suggested that there is some buying interest. The buyers or the BBs were playing this stock so now, I will start to watch this stock closely. Placed inside my watchlist. Longing at the right time.
